I worked with Beeson Wellness recently to proactively address some discomfort I was experiencing while training for a thru hike of 192 miles in England.  I am pretty fit for my age but not young, so injury during the preparation and the hike itself was a concern. My feet and hips have often bothered me with repetitive movement. Dr Bri was extremely helpful in helping me increase flexibility and strength and avoid injury while I trained.  Thanks to the tools she provided, I made it through 16 days of daily hiking over difficult terrain without injury and with great recovery time.  I seemed to have a happier body, less soreness and better recovery than most people I talked with on my journey. I felt just as good at the end of the trip as I did at the beginning. Dr. Beeson is a master in his field of expertise.  His 51 years of practice demonstrate his passion for his profession and his abilities are unmatched. I tried some local chiropractors, who just didn't have the skills that Dr. Beeson posseses, so I drive from Hood River for appointments.
